It means either "glen" or "warrior" depending on if you use the Irish version or the Scottish version (both of which apply to me)

Probably, Christopher Scott...that's my brother's name.

I was named after my great Aunt Elizabeth.

I was originally going to be named Anna Maria because that's what my mother liked, but my dad didn't so they chose Elizabeth instead.

For about 8 months people called me Eibhlis...not because I wanted them to, but because I was in Ireland and that's the Irish version of the name.
